Product Description:  Our PHA (Polyhydroxy Acid) Facial Toner is a gentle, alcohol-free toning solution designed for delicate, sensitive skin to provide a hydrating and freshening boost. PHA contains Lactobionic Acid and Gluconolactone.

How To Use: Apply to damp cotton ball and gently wipe face and neck. Skin should be damp with toner prior to application of serum and/or moisturizers.
